I would respectfully suggest that you now who you are. You simply need the courage to embrace the solid foundation within, I may say this, because at times, I recognize it to be what I need. Recognition and embracing of the solidity within that we have spent so many human years to silence. Giving of self to the point where we don't give to ourselves, is destructive, but difficult to unlearn. What I have to say is so simple, I hesitate to post a comment.
